Shipping Policy
On receipt of confirmation for payment, orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. Boema will ship goods Australia-wide. Costs will vary depending on location.


Refund Policy
EQUIPMENT:
Equipment will not be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

BOOKINGS:
Bookings will not be refunded within 48hrs of workshop. To re-schedule a booking for the Barista Training Room within 48hrs of the scheduled workshop a 10% booking fee will be kept by Boema Australia.


Indemnity
Save to the extent that it falls within the provision of Delivery you shall indemnify Boema and any third party, including its sub contractors, from and against any liability, losses, rights expenses, loss of profits, business interruption, consequential loss, pecuniary loss, claims or legal proceedings, including, but not limited to claims involving defamation and intellectual property infringement and expenses, including legal charges, arising from your use of the Boema site or purchase of goods/services from that site which are brought or threatened against Boema or suffered or incurred by Boema by another person or entity.


Delivery
We aim to deliver as stated on the site or in the Boema information. However delivery days quoted are expected delivery dates only. Boema shall not be held liable for any delays caused except to the extent caused wilfully or negligently by Boema.

There will be an additional carriage fee for customers ordering outside Australia. This charge you will be advised of prior to Boema taking payment. The order will not be processed until your authorisation has been received.


Errors
Should a Product price be listed incorrectly due to a typographical error we reserve the right to refuse to meet or cancel any orders placed for that product. We will aim to contact you on a daytime telephone number so please ensure you do leave this contact number when placing orders.


Beyond Reasonable Control
Boema shall not be held liable for any breach of this Agreement caused by circumstances beyond its control, but not limited to Acts of God, fire, lightening or extremely severe weather conditions, explosions, war, disorder, floods, industrial disputes, whether or not involving our employees, acts or omissions of internet service providers or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities.


Severability
In the event that any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid or Unenforceable by judicial decree or decision, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.
